Aldershot Town are starting the process of recruiting for the U14 & U16 academy teams for the 2022/23 season. Please see the Talent ID Days for upcoming dates below.

U7-U12 Girls Development Centre:
We run a development centre for girls 6-12 years to develop themselves individually as footballers as well as playing for their grassroots team. This is also an opportunity to get an extra training sessions to aid development as well as playing for your grassroots team on weekends.
The sessions are delivered by our UEFA/FA licensed coaches community/academy coaches, focused on individual player development and philosophy of the club – Individual Before Team.
The progression from the Development Centre would be to be apart of the Girls Youth Academy programme.
