Partnering with MAN V FAT
MAN v FAT is the UK’s leading male weight loss programme and we’re partnering with them to support men in the town to take steps to improve their health and wellbeing. Having supported tens of thousands of men to lose nearly 1,000,000lbs of weight since they got started in 2014, MAN v FAT now works across Football, Rugby and Soccer.
The MAN v FAT Aldershot club has seen hundreds of men from the area to lose 4,464lbs of weight and make countless mental health and lifestyle improvements. The new partnership with the Shots Foundation will enable more people to be aware of both organisations’ activities, getting more active as well as looking to celebrate success.
To join MAN v FAT Aldershot, participants would need to be aged 18+ with a BMI of 27.5 or higher to get started. If they’re residents of Hampshire County Council, they may also be entitled to a funded spot for the first fourteen weeks of their time with MAN v FAT More details about the programme and how to register can be found HERE!
