National League Trust u11 Tournament
The Shots Foundation consistently represent Aldershot Town FC in the annual National League Trust (NLT) Under-11s Tournament, a nationwide schools competition which provides children from across the country with the opportunity to represent their local club on a national stage. The competition is split into two; a mixed tournament, and a girls tournament.
This season just passed, We were pleased to welcome 14 teams from seven different local primary schools to our preliminary tournament held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School here in Aldershot. In a similar vain to the year before, South Farnham School excelled and were successful in both competitions. While the Mixed Team narrowly missed out at the Regional Stage, the Girls’ Team advanced further, winning their regional competition and progressing to the South of England Finals held at Slough Town FC. Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be back to back Wembley trips for South Farnham as the girls narrowly missed out on the knockout round, but they did us, themselves and their school proud.
Thank you to the National League Trust for helping us provide this opportunity to our local primary schools!

Bridges Community Cup
In May 2025, we held the second edition of the Bridges Community Cup, a primary school tournament kindly sponsored by Bridges Estate Agents. We were delighted to fill all of our spaces in this years competition as over 125 children from nine local schools visited to the EBB stadium to compete at the home of the 2025 FA Trophy
winners. It was a fantastic morning filled with high quality football, lots of smiles and an overall good time.
2025 Winners:
- Boys’ Cup – Hook Junior School
- Girls’ Cup – St Michael’s C of E Junior School
- Boys’ Plate – St Michael’s C of E Junior School
- Girls’ Plate – Alderwood Junior School
We are extremely proud of how this event has grown in its second year and are already looking ahead with excitement to the third edition of the Bridges Community Cup in 2026. Tournaments like this not only give children memorable experiences, but they also deepen the connection between Aldershot Town FC and the schools and families we serve across the region.
